This song is about a huge problem that is out of my personal control, and wishing I was the problem so that I could fix it.
When I first wrote it and was finishing it, it seemed perfect for a world stuck under a pandemic.

But there's no way I can release this song and bond over that sentiment and ignore the fact that when it comes to racism in American - as a White person - I AM part of the issue and I CAN do something about it.
